    Abhyangam
    An Ayurvedic rejuvenating oil massage on the full body prescribed as a daily routine in the ancient Ayurvedic texts. It involves applying vegetable oils infused with herbal preparations on the body in a specific style to obtain the desired results.

    Kativasti is an Ayurvedic procedure of retaining warm medicated oil over the lower back bordered with an herbal paste. It is a general cure for almost all types of spinal problems and back pains.

    Lepanam
    This localized form of treatment relieves various inflammatory diseases of the body. Lepam is spreading of a thick herbal paste on any afflicted area of the body.

    Process which involves administering medicated oil or herbal juices through the nose. It removes excess humors accumulated in the different sinus cavities and throat, thereby making it highly effective for relief from cervical spondylosis, migraine, hormonal imbalances, paralysis, mental disorders, premature graying of hair, loss of smell and taste. It cleanses the different cavities and increases oxygenation, thus improving brain functioning.

    Njavarakizhi
    a very effective rejuvenation technique done by a special kind of cooked rice, tied into boluses, dipped in warm milk and herbal decoction and massaged onto the body through a special technique. This relieves the body from paralytic strokes, debility, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid rrthritis.

    Pichu
    Pichu is a palliative treatment for ailments of the head and spine. It is one of the Purvakarma therapies and considered an effective treatment for diseases of the cranial nerves arising from Vata disorder. This therapy is very effective for degenerative and painful spinal problems. Shiropichu means pichu given to shiras or head. It has different applications like cure to hair loss, increase eyesight, relief from stress, etc.

    Podikizhi
    Podhikizhi belongs to a group of Ayurvedic treatments of high repute called Swedanakarma. This is a type of Swedana Chikitsa (fomentation) wherein medicated powders are made into poultice and used for fomentation.

    Raktamokshanam is considered one among Shodhana (eradication of the basic cause of the disease) procedures. Raktamokshanam means letting of blood which is mainly indicated in certain disease states, especially when there is Raktadushti (one that causes toxicity or impurity)

    Shirovasthi
    a specialized treatment in which medicated oils are administered on the head. It is highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headaches and burning sensation of head. This is also useful in removing difficulties that arise due to head injuries after accidents.

    Snehapanam
    involves intake of medicated ghee or oil for the preparation of the patient for the main Panchakarma process.

    Takradhara
    Takradhara is a form of Shirodhara, an Ayurvedic treatment method which involves continuous flow of medicated butter milk to the centre of forehead.

    Thalam
    treatment involves pouring of a medicinal liquid on the head with gooseberry or amla as its main ingredients. This procedure is done before doing almost all Ayurvedic procedures to protect the body from temperature variations during the main treatment. This also enhances circulation throughout the head and helps in stabilizing blood pressure. Its main benefit lies in its potential to cure migraine and ENT problems. .

    Thalapothichil
    This method of treatment involves inhaling and exhaling of medicinal smoke. It is a fine treatment for various sinus and respiratory diseases. Acute sinusitis, asthma, sneezing, infections of the lower respiratory tract, cough etc., are treated using Dhoomapanam.

    Udwarthanam
    This is a specialized herbal treatment for weight reduction. A herbal powder is heated and applied all over the body and deeply massaged with specific movements by 2 therapists for about 1 hour. Other than weight reduction, Udwarthanam is also known to be effective for increasing blood supply and removing dead cells to yield soft and glowing skin texture.

    Urovasti
    Urovasti is a treatment of Ayurveda similar to Kativasti in method. Urovasti is administered to the Uras or the chest to treat pain in the sternum area unlike Kativasthi which is applied to the back. As in Kativasthi, a reservoir is built up on the chest with black gram paste. Oil is poured into this and retained there for some time (45 minutes).

    method of cleaning and evacuating the bowels through the use of purgative medicines. It eliminates excess bile toxins; hence, for many of the digestive ailments like ulcers, gastritis, intestinal colic, jaundice, kidney disorders, asthma, etc., people resort to this form of treatment.
