For all products sold on  (Maruthua), we provide a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for customers who find a manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

Replacement is offered for the products sold by , Maruthua will bear the 100% cost of return.


In India : Within 2 to 4 working days, customer will get new replacement product.


In Outside of India: Within 7 to 12 working days, customer will get new replacement product.


For outright cancellations by you: If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, Maruthua will refund the entire amount.


If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:


  • If product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, The patient will have to contact the support team and inform them of the same: call on +91 471 2731615 or SMS on +91 7736025100 or have to inform the doctor on non-receipt of product On Email Id: [email protected]
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
  • If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction, If He/She Wants.
  • If the refund is initiated before the product is shipped, than 100% amount will be refunded within 7 or 10 days.

  • If the refund is initiated after the product is shipped, than no refund request will be accepted.
  • In case of disputes, Patient Must Provide These documents  – Invoice, signed POD  and chat history or Online Consulting Form Copy
  • Maruthua / is confirming that,  we are not selling medicine separately through Atom payment gateway & All Refund Money Will Be Given To The Patient / Customer By Maruthua Only.
